Speaker: Jay Gepfert

Jay brings over 25 years of experience in the benefit and retirement plan industry. His background includes extensive work with benefit brokers and investment advisors. Before founding Culpepper RFP, Jay held a leadership role at Russell Investments, a global consulting firm. Throughout his career, he has led numerous evaluations of benefit brokers and investment advisors, providing strategic guidance to plan sponsors. Mr. Gepfert is a graduate of Davidson College in North Carolina.
