Joe is a Principal, and Defined Contribution Investment Director, within Mercer’s Wealth business. He works with clients to help them analyze their DC Plan Investment structure. With the ultimate objective of helping participants achieve their retirement goals, Joe will assess governance risk, fees and investment offering. He will work with clients to design an offering that meets their needs and provides plan participants the best opportunity to succeed. Joe will leverage Mercer’s deep capabilities to ensure our client’s success today and into the future.

Prior to joining Mercer 9 years ago, Joe spent 21 years with leading DC Industry providers ADP, Fidelity and MassMutual. This experience has given him unique insight as to how the industry positions its solutions for clients. Joe uses this knowledge to best position Mercer’s clients for success with the management of their DC Plans.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University School of Business. He was a Finance Major at Villanova. Joe has held multiple industry designations, attends major industry forums and conferences.
