Khai Huynh

Khai joined Lockton’s Precision Health practice in 2025 as a Senior Account Executive, bringing over 15 years of experience in wellness strategy, population health risk management, and employee engagement. He began his consulting career in 2008 and has since worked across a range of industries including oil and gas, distribution, software, and healthcare.

Khai’s diverse background includes experience with both large carriers and brokerage firms, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the evolving needs of employers and employees alike. 

He holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Houston Downtown and is a Certified Wellness Professional through the Wellness Alliance. 


 
Erika Bailey

Erika Bailey is a Senior Consultant on Lockton's Stop Loss Growth & Strategy team, where she specializes in self-funded conversions and alternative risk financing strategies, including group captives, single-parent captives, and risk-sharing arrangements. With nearly a decade of stop loss experience, Erika partners with consultants, clients, carriers, and industry stakeholders to evaluate funding strategies that align with employers' financial and risk management objectives.

Prior to joining Lockton more than six years ago, Erika worked for a national general agency, where she managed stop loss programs and developed a strong foundation in the fundamentals of stop loss, carrier management, and market dynamics. While her career began in real estate, she quickly discovered a passion for healthcare risk financing and has spent the past several years helping organizations navigate the complexities of self-funding and alternative risk solutions.

Originally from Los Angeles and now residing in the Houston area, Erika is known for her practical, relationship-driven approach and her ability to simplify complex stop loss and captive concepts into actionable strategies for clients and advisors.
